Served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing support and continued business case analysis leading to the integration and onboarding of Whole of Government (WoG) supply chain functions into the DLA supply chains. This analysis will be used as a basis to support potential governmental consolidation decisions of supply chain management operations. The analysis is intended to provide the basis for decisions on supply chain efficiencies across the whole of government (WoG).Served as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop an independent DLA enterprise BCA for C&E’s $100M FSG 80 Hazardous Material supply chain and identify various alternatives to improve performance of the business unit in terms of Material Availability (MA), shelf life dating, and program costs. The project included an in-depth benchmarking analysis of the current organic support methods versus a commercial/3PL initiative. Led/participated in multiple facilitated interviews and focus groups with key FSG 80 stakeholders each week after contract award. Led follow-on task order to address comments/ questions from DLA Distribution and conducted debriefings with executive management at DLA Distribution, Troop Support, and DLA HQ J3. DLA has since moved forward on implementing our team\'s recommendations based on our BCA.Served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) consultant at DLA HQ at Fort Belvoir, as part of the Bättra team, that developed a comprehensive project plan to establish DLA as the Center of Excellence (COE) for Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contracting.Hansen Consulting provides contracted proposal development and Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to small businesses assisting in both technical and pricing volumes. In addition, Hansen Consulting provided specific logistics related technical solutions for Contractor Logistics Support.
