About Rich Fanelli

I have been in the commercial interior planning and design profession, designing office space, since 1977. I also have a passion for teaching and passing on my knowledge to others by teaching the IFMA Project Management and Leadership & Strategy FMP courses and teaching four related courses in the Facilities Management Certificate Program in the Continuing Education Department at George Mason University. I have been a member of the International Facilities Management Association since 1986. I have served as the President of the Capital Chapter, have served on their International board of directors and am a past President of the IFMA Consultant\'s Council. Our clients at FM Studios. include ManTech International, Raytheon, Geico, Perspecta, the InterAmerican Development Bank, and Boeing, just to name a few. Specialties: Strategic Facilities Planning, Design of secure space, data center design, TV and radio studio design, executive suite design, design of building lobbies and public areas for office buildings
