Partnered with multiple stakeholders on the Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) executive team and local Board and Medical Staff Leadership to facilitate safe and smooth transition of multiple system, including HR, Purchasing, Capital and Contracting. Led hospital through transition to new EMR, EPIC, while ensuring patient safety and physician engagement during peak of COVID 19 Delta variant.Recruited and led hospital executive team that earned an \"A\" in Patient safety from Leapfrog for the Spring of 2022. Hospital was also named the \"Finest Employer\" and the \"Finest Medical Center\" in 2022 in a citizens poll.
