Responsible for successfully implementing solutions for our higher education clients using the CourseLoop platform. This includes eliciting and modelling the client\'s requirements for the implementation of CourseLoop and ensuring the quality of the successful implementation.Project Management responsibilities include- Leading client engagement- Developing the statement of work, implementation plan, schedule and resourcing requirements- Managing project scope to ensure alignment with standard product offerings- Executing project plans and managing project resources- Performing risk identification and management practices to minimize client and organisational risks- Managing changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs - Project reporting and escalation to management- Attending relevant executive, governance and project meetings- Driving continual improvement of the delivery and account management practices- Stakeholder management and negotiationSolution Consulting responsibilities include- Defining the “future state” with the client and CourseLoop internal team by leading solution scope definition, assessing risks and supporting the definition of the release strategy- Demonstrating the CourseLoop solution to clients- Business analysis planning and information management (via Jira, Confluence)- Leading client workshops to elicit requirements and solution designs- Performing fit/gap analysis of client business requirements versus product capabilities along with recommendations for how to use CourseLoop to deliver business outcomes- Eliciting, specifying and modelling client requirements into configuration documentation for configuration by the Solution Delivery team- Managing traceability between client’s requirements and CourseLoop product solutions - Maintaining and prioritising requirements and assessing impact of changes- Performing quality assurance to ensure solutions meet the desired outcomes and requirements
