As an educational leader with 20+ years of experience, I’ve built a career around growing people, strengthening teams, and leading transformational change. In my current role as an elementary school principal, I lead professional learning, instructional strategy, and culture-building efforts that support both individual development and organizational success. My core strength lies in creating inclusive, high-performing cultures where people feel valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work. I’ve led onboarding and coaching systems, designed and facilitated adult learning aligned to strategic goals, and helped teams navigate complex change with clarity and purpose.
