Took over a football program that had endured eight consecutive losing seasons and brought the team to four state championship appearances in six years and an undefeated Division I state championship in 2017. Established school records for passing, receiving and scoring. Redesigned athletic websites increasing exposure, professionalizing impressions conveyed to visitors and enhancing search engine optimization. Successfully create, schedule and staff strength and conditioning sessions in our weight room and field house for individuals and teams. Manage RecFit STJ, a comprehensive recreational facility, serving our campus and local community. Conduct coaching evaluations and practice observations for our varsity and sub-varsity sports teams providing meaningful feedback to reinforce positive performance and minimize deficiencies. Site supervision and game management during our home contests. Successfully oversee game program production, visiting team hospitality, concessions, ticketing and security. Coordinate and conduct summer camps for a variety of sport offerings increasing exposure of the school, generating revenue, increasing community involvement, tying into the town leadership and supporting local wellness efforts. Created, implemented and supervise a combine testing program to measure and record the physical development of all of our athletes in the areas of speed, strength, agility, quickness, fitness and power.
