As Head of Process and Tools within R&D, I lead a team responsible for defining, optimising, and scaling the methodologies, systems, and tools used to develop the hardware and software behind our radiotherapy products.Our work spans three core streams:• Continuous Improvement: Applying Lean and Agile principles to help teams at all levels improve how they work, strengthen flow, and embed a culture of learning and continuous improvement.• Engineering Tools: Owning the development, configuration, and support of key engineering and delivery tools across the business, including Jira, Polarion, and Lucid.• Engineering Data: Transforming delivery data into actionable insight using Power BI - enabling teams to understand flow, forecast delivery, identify bottlenecks, and improve data quality and predictability.
