Before starting up Glowing Global I was working in Carphone Warehouse as a sales executive. My passion for people lead me to sales and marketing. Beginning in and entry level sales role, was a real-world education that I needed, it forced me to develop my own internal drive, ambition and ability to solve problems on the go.This new-found drive and self believe coupled with an amazing mentor allowed me to progress in a management training program and I became a senior manager in 16 WEEKS. I started Glowing Global that has been my all-consuming passion ever since. Now at Glowing Global we help companies achieve their dreams. We start with the end goal first and then create an step by step action focused sales and marketing plan. The goal is to make our clients lives easier, take the stress out of getting results.Getting results for our clients is important and it’s the core of the Glowing Global ethos. Creating a fun, dynamic atmosphere where people are given the freedom to be themselves is how get those results. Connecting, working alongside and mentoring people who are passionate about their own goals, is what gets me out of bed every day.
