The Victorio Consulting team coaches leaders and teams to be agile, cohesive and creative as they navigate change. We have a rare combination of experiences - coaching actors through improvisational training for 25 years; running our own business since we were 25; working in the business environment of succession planning with financial planners, attorneys, CPAs, and other business transition professionals for 25 years; and then as a certified life coach and personalities styles trainers. This wide array of experiences allows us to move between the creative, analytic and strategic very easily. We have a niche expertise in working with business leaders and professional advisors who are going through change within their firms.We are engaged to help organizations navigate change, find their creative flow and work together more effectively, or as we like to call it, as an ensemble. Multiple issues can get bundled up during major transitions, creating stress, destroying morale and stifling progress. We help untangle those knots by addressing one issue at a time, sometimes one person at a time, to design agreements, find alignment and develop a strategy for achieving the desired objectives. Our professional mission is to create a “safe and courageous space” for organizations and business teams to have productive discussions through difficult topics, where each individual has a voice and can contribute to build a common vision for the future.
