I have worked in tech start ups centered film, television, videogames, and technology products all my life, successfully exiting two companies, steering strategic visions, product management and team leadership across all aspects of development. I created exceptional culture mentoring, coaching, hiring, and evolving amazing talent while executing on all aspects of business. Many that I have hired or mentored built and exited their own studios such Night School Studios, Yacht Club Games, TikTok Games or have gone on to become highly valued executives at major companies.I have a proven track record in product dev managing high growth companies having developed, implemented operational strategies, company vision, collaborating with co-founders, creative, hiring, leading, training, managing cross functional / divisional teams, responsible for driving revenue growth + profitability by identifying new biz ops, optimizing operations, costs, revenue, sentiment, customer service, communities, live ops and day-to-day. Also responsible for Key metrics and KPI’s Financial and Data Analysis to track/improve growth, P&L responsibility, creating fun engaging company culture along the way. I began my career working several years at Steven Spielberg\'s Amblin Entertainment with mentors Kathy Kennedy and Frank Marshall. Working on films such as Jurassic Park, Twister, Schindlers List. This lead me to the game industry working with the best developers in the world such as Naughty Dog and Insomniac Games then as DisneyVP scaling from just myself to 100+ people. I got the entrepreneurial bug with Loose Cannon Studios sold to Popcap Games. My second company Kung Fu Factory, acquired by Kabam in 2021, which had no venture investment and 100M+ downloads. I’ve worked on evergreen titles such as Adventure Time, Spartacus, TMNT, Crash Bandicoot, Spyro the Dragon (aka Skylanders), The Thing, Scarface, WWE, Pacific Rim, Lego, NBA, and many others. A member and on the board of several organizations : YPO, The World Famous Academy of Magical Arts, NFTE, InnerFifth Ally, Electric Playground, deeply into wellness, neurology, neuroscience, meditation, AI, epigenetics and healing technology.
