ABOUT FRANCESCO RICCI

I am an experienced professional in the financial sector, with a solid technical background reached in the course of my long experience as senior finance manager into manufacturing companies with advanced industrial processes and interested in the international markets. During my experience, I have examined a large number of issues and among them the preparation of financial statements, the overseeing to the correct application of accounting standards, the preparing the minutes of the board of directors and of the general assembly, the defining and monitoring of the active and passive cycle, the preparation of tax returns and customs operations, the tax compliance, the definition of statements VAT, the relationship\'s management with the supervisory bodies and with banking, the credit management and definition of the corrective actions, the implementation of the treasury system and management control.At present I deal with corporate and tax advice as business consultant freelance, I process tax returns and annual budgets, calculation of taxes, examination of the litigation.I\'m looking for challenging collaborations and new opportunities to deal with annual statements, tax compliance, tax and fiscal declarations and duties, tax audits management and litigations, tax accounting and so on.Moreover, I am interested in the possibility to increase my knowledge of issues like transfer pricing, extraordinary transactions, international accounting standards IAS/IFRS.
