   Provide career coaching to individual students and alumni at multiple stages of the student life cycle, including; job searching, application materials (i.e. resume, cover letter, portfolio), and mock interviews, major selection, experiential learning, alumni career networking, grad school search and applications.• Liaison with employers to create and publicize job and internship opportunities for students. • Coordinate employer relations initiatives, manage existing relationships, and establish new relationships.• Maintain up to date knowledge (attended webinars/conferences) on recruiting and hiring practices, employer needs, desired academic qualifications, current events, and other trends affecting the job market.• Train and supervise Peer Career Advisors, plus additional 4 student workers and oversee special projects such as social media marketing platforms and the Career Closet.• Created robust events and programming strategy to encourage employer and student connection• Assisted with full academic year slate of career educational workshops.• Managed Ohio Means Internships and Co-ops (OMIC) grant.
