Responsible for the Continuous Improvement (CI) Program based on the 6Sigma DMAIC methodology being trained and certified as:MBB-2006BB-2004GB-2001Responsible for 6Sigma training to all the Italian plant resources.Co-trainer during the international 6Sigma trainings delivered to its different companies by Sequa Corp. all around the world since 2006.Responsible for Line Quality Inspectors (driver: ADH, C-ADH and side: AHS inflator lines).Responsible of the Product Validation for C-ADH line.Responsible for in line quality production of inflators lines: ADH, C-ADH, AHS,evaluating the opportunity for new Poka Yoke.Internal auditor in accordance with ISO-TS16949: coordinating audit documentation and personnel,advising management regarding issues brought forward during the audit,coordinating and preparing the CORRECTIVE ACTION (CA) plan and follow-up on CA commitments and performing quality investigations.Member of Team for: FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, 8D,customer claim corrective actions.I issue Quality Alerts and manage any containment that is required.I issue Engineering Change Note (ECN) to the USA product designer to make more robust the in line production process.I assist the Quality Manager interacting with customer and supplier concerns and issues through corrective actions and root cause analysis.(2001: I was in Portugal to solve a quality issue caused to a OEM Customer).I assist the Quality Manager on maintaining an effective QS to meet ISO-TS16949 requirements through writing procedures and document controls.I assist the Supplier Quality Manager maintaining the quality hold area,disposition of all supplier rejections and product returned by customers.I identify the training needs for operators and Quality Inspectors to better meet and exceed the needs of each customer.Monthly meeting with the ARC Automotive worldwide CI Manager on the status of projects launched.Monthly reporting activities on “Internal NC” and PPM from customer.
