Project 1 - Operational Excellence Coordinator:Coordination and support of seven teams in order to achieve operational excellence. Mainly supporting regarding ticket resolution, customer communication, improval of the processes and implementation of proactive monitoring. Creation and discussion of Operation and Governance reports.Project 2 - Solution Architect:Creation and maintenance of multiple environments on AWS which simulate the functionalities of the offices and workshops of the client- Training Environment: Maximize dealer training efficiency and enablement of new training opportunities, by creating hands-on-lab of client\'s applications for training the new employers- Test Environment: Integration of physical and virtual devices with servers created in the cloud, allowing to test the new applications from wherever in the world.Project 3 - Technical Lifecycle and Infrastructure Management- Making sure that all the instances in the infrastructure are patched and up to date- Certificates management- Automating processes and activities- Maintaining and adapting AWS infrastructureProject 4 - Solution Architect:Creation of a serverless API Portal on AWS.
