My passion for trains and intermodal transports drove my engineering training in attending Politecnico of Milano University. Working in supply chain needs, everyday, to think of myself as a student. The more problems in daily operation life\'s a person needs to face and solve by giving the expexted level service, the more chance of accumulating knowledge can be avalaible, not only as hard skills, but even more in soft skills. Being a manager means mainly the awareness that Teams matters, not the single person. Starting from 3PL warehousing and distribution transport in K+N, each Logistic Company is a different world and a different supply chain; even using different words to locate the same physical process is challeging, but rewarding at the same time due to mental flexibility need. Feeling a student in every day job\'s life is the passion for what I do in every different aspects of the supply chain, from warehousing to transports.
