Chief of Staff & Transformation Officer at L’Oréal Luxe, acting as advisor and right-hand partner to the Managing Director of L’Oréal Luxe Europe, supporting him and his Leadership Committee on strategic decision-making, project management, and execution of transformation initiatives across all division brands and countries.Member of L’Oréal Luxe Europe Zone Management Committee.Main responsibilities- Working alongside the Managing Director of L’Oréal Luxe Europe in crafting the Division’s vision, culture, ambition, organizational framework, and operating model- Developing L’Oréal Luxe Europe’s yearly strategic frame, roadmaps and OKRs- Guiding cross-country transformation projects and special strategic initiatives (e.g. developed the business plan and go-to-market in Europe of a newly acquired brand) with a focus on end-to-end project management- Directing cross-functional teams in the preparation of the Division’s monthly performance assessment (covering consumers, competition, distribution channels, growth forecasts, new product launches) to be shared with the Group’s C-Suite- Crafting and delivering internal and external communication documents (pitch decks, reports, assessments, speeches) for all executive-level presentations and key events (business reviews, offsites, corporate townhalls, presentations to the Group\'s CEO, and C-Suite)- Driving alignment facilitating effective decision-making and execution of core business priorities by acting as a key liaison between Paris HQ and European countries to address most critical cross-organizational work
