ABOUT RICCARDO LEONARDI
I am an enthusiastic and energic person, who is always looking for new challenges and growth opportunities both personally and professionally. Creativity and imagination are my guidelines and I love to be free to experience at firsthand, learning from each error. Currently I\'m running my own startup, Re Learn. We are facing the waste-management problem by proposing a technology which can allow to automatically sort the trash using AI and robotics. Our goal will be to transform trash into a resource using technology, giving our contribution to the environmental fight.I have 5 years of experience in automotive industry.I worked as Quality Development Engineer at Hanon System in the R&D department.Before I worked as product development consultant at SISSPre Srl, a startup which is devolping an innovative device for the agri-tech area. My previous employement was for General Motors as Supplier Quality Engineer. My principal activity was to coordinate and facilitate the relationship between GM and the suppliers. My first job was at DYNAmore Italia S.r.l, a company that develops and distributes the finite element code LS-DYNA but also offers support for the customers’ requests. My principal activity was in the simulation and design area.Since I was a child, I have always dreamt of being able to make an active contribution to the society and now, as an engineer I really want to make my mark in the technological development of the society of tomorrow.
