Responsibilities Assess the current state of the organization and uncover needs and new opportunities. Co-design the envisioning of change management initiatives and the development of a roadmap for the implementation of new projects that impact the entire organization. Coordinate and manage capabilities, workload, and resources across multiple projects. Collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data, design visual reports and drive decision making in projects based on data-driven insights. Develop content strategies that ensure consistency across different change management projects. Support strategic growth through the co-design and implementation of initiatives that foster innovation in a transversal way across the entire organization.
