As a Production Engineer, my responsibilities include: • managing incidents and problems and coordinating resources for 2nd level technical support for the Trust Services lines of business (PEC, SPID, E-Invoicing, Digital Signature), including troubleshooting production issues and implementing mitigation measures. To identify and resolve these issues, I use a variety of techniques including testing, probing, metrics and logs interrogation. • I identify bottlenecks and failure patterns in production environments with a focus on systems stability, application functionality, and performance. In the function of Problem Manager I conduct the root-cause analysis of past and present incidents and identify inconsistencies in technical or functional processes. I drive optimization and refactor developments as needed. • I also conduct secure code review,with a specific emphasis on privacy and GDPR compliance, to identify code that does not adhere to internal secure code guidelines via codebase inspection. • I implement and analyze monitoring systems to collect health data, set error alerts, and increase observability of infrastructure and application performance through blackbox and whitebox monitoring. Technologies used include Icinga2, InfluxData stack, CheckMK, Prometheus, and Grafana. • I also developed part of a workflow engine and related tools and services to execute, schedule and supervise core provisioning jobs. The technologies I used for this include SQL Server/MongoDB, ASP.NET MVC, and Bootstrap4. • I work closely with technical and functional team members from the Service Desk, Product Development, Data Center, and Business Units. I use tools like Jira and Confluence to track the work progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. I participate in regular product meetings regarding backlog prioritization and roadmap planning.
