ABOUT RICCARDO DAGUATI
After graduating with 110/110 cum laude in 2008 from University of Milan, I joined Rucellai & Raffaelli as a trainee and I completed there my trainee practice, qualifying as a lawyer in 2011. Since then, my professional pathway has crossed a wide range of areas, from insurance and financial law to insolvency and litigation. In 2012 I left Rucellai & Raffaelli and I moved to London in order to take an LLM in international financial law at King\'s College. Further on, I joined Chiomenti, working as an associate in the financial regulation department, assisting banks, insurance companies and other financial intermediaries. In 2015 I started my collaboration with Legance, where I am currently assisting italian AIFMs in the structuring, establishement and marketing of Italian AIFs as well as investors, banks, insurance companies and other financial intermediaries in a wide range of activities.
