ABOUT RICCARDO COSENTINO

I developed an extensive business knowledge. I have proven myself in different and competitive international working environments pushing myself and my team toward challenging targets. I have 20 years’ experience in managing project and team in production, sales, procurement, program and supply chain development. In the last 15 years, I supported an ambitious internalization process acquiring for the company several new customers and contracts, ensuring increasing turn-over and consolidation of marker position. In the last four years, I have been working in restructuring production and procurement process, supply chain re-engineering and buyer re-training. I have strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge in guidance and control, in managing people and process in establishing long term profitable business relation with both customers and suppliers. I have a solid understanding of budgeting and Sales & Operation dynamics. I have been working in research, design, engineering, quality, production, purchasing, sales, program and procurement with always grooving level of responsibility and empowerment.
