ABOUT RICARDO SOBRAL

I am a seasoned senior director of product management with 25 years of technical and corporate leadership experience in the technology sector. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for agile product development, as well as for programming and technical consultation, I have a verifiable history of contributing directly to company growth and expansion throughout my career. As such, I have consistently exceeded performance goals and I am adept at achieving maximum operational output with minimal resource expenditure. Professional focal points include software engineering and programming, agile product management, data quality products, leadership of product managers and development teams, software architecture, market positioning, technical management and trilingual skills. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires the utilization of effective communication skills, mentoring and motivating, as well as an ability to bring innovative thinking, collaboration, and comfort while sorting through ambiguity to solve complex problems, and to support efficiency and maximum returns. Currently, I am the Senior Director of Product Management with Informatica. Under my leadership, I seek out and collaborate with engineering, UX and marketing professionals in order to collect and write the requirements of state-of-the-art products for Informatica customers worldwide. My team of product managers engaged on products in Data Quality, and preside over the roadmap, pricing and packaging, market positioning, internal enablement, beta program, and roadshow for solutions.
