   As the principal solutions architect for the Private Bank’s Wealth and Trust Management (PBWM) team, I am architecting the technology integration of Boston Private and Silicon Valley Bank wealth management and trust systems and defining the architecture of future state systems. The majority of the projects used SaaS applications, but several have been hybrid, and some were on-premise. As SVB is considered a large financial institution (LFI), my responsibilities require close attention to new corporate governance, the extensive use of automation to leverage existing capabilities, and developing new ones while complying with enhanced regulatory requirements. This is a complete multi-year business modernization and technological transformation effort.Technology leadership is leveraging my hands-on approach to pilot a federated model where I am a solutions architect embedded with the wealth management team, a unique position. My latest responsibilities include managing and supporting the team of technical leads within Private Bank Wealth Management Technology.
