ABOUT RICK P.

Over 25 years of experience in the design and delivery of complex projects in Water Resources, Public Works, Wastewater and Civil Engineering branches. Successfully in the execution and delivery of projects in various roles. I have the technical skillset to bring a project to completion from conception to final construction. I have had the opportunity to work at various levels of multiple projects including being a drafter early in my career and advancing to senior designer and CAD Manager for my office in a short time span. I was recognized for my efforts and awarded the Achievement Award twice for my accomplishments and for continually helping to complete projects on time while delivering quality results in multiple design platforms.As I advanced to become an engineer, I used my design experience to find creative solutions to challenging projects which allowed me to play key roles in developing final design documents for multiple projects. My efficiency and mastered skillset were key in keeping projects in budget and within project schedule. Additionally, I’ve successfully assisted troubled projects to help put them back on track and complete successfully and meet client expectations. I’ve had the pleasure of working with multiple clients and PMs throughout the years, doing my best to meet the project needs. During my tenure at Webb Associates, I was the Webb Excellence Award two years in a row for helping in growing revenue, getting new clients, eliminating costs, keeping existing clients, and for training the company associates in the understanding of utility research, coordination, and design. My project experience ranges from the design of recreational facilities, channels, detention basins, potable and non-potable water projects, sewer collection systems, wastewater treatment improvements, pump stations, lift stations, irrigation systems, parking lots and site plans, including final grading, assistance in flood plain analysis/rendering and sediment transport analysis, and assisted in some river and habitat restoration as well.Currently leading and growing our Las Vegas Office. I am a Southern California native, who likes adventure and outdoor activities. A firm believer in having a balanced life and healthy mind, body, and soul. I enjoy travel, music, water activities, spending time outdoors, and spending time with my family.
