Twenty-four years of experience in project management, team management, and project execution of automation, protection & control, Microgrids, Battery Energy Storage Systems, and telecommunication systems in different business areas. Currently, Project Operations Manager for the Automation and Communication business in North America. Previously, head of Project Management for the Grid Edge Solution business and Senior Project Manager managing a project portfolio across NAM including Automation and Communications, Grid Edge Solution, and Network Management. Before, as Operations Manager of Power Grid Automation Systems at ABB led a multidisciplinary team composed of project managers, technical leaders, planers, and production manager. Previously, as engineering manager led 36 team members developing from base design up to commissioning & start-up services. Highlighted by excellent performance as a senior project manager handling complex and risky system projects. Certified as Senior Project Manager in ABB since December of 2012. Career developed under project-oriented roles contributing from the business development up to the project closure covering whole process and its steps considering team management, solution design, systems specification, quotation, procurement management, financial and cost planning, analysis and control, budgeting, cash management, scope management, customer satisfaction, and internal and external reporting. Experience in international projects conducted in countries in Latin America, Angola-Africa, and United States.
