I am responsible for the City of London’s Business Intelligence Unit (BIU), developing and delivering an effective business intelligence function in order to inform and drive corporate strategic engagement approaches across different departments of the Corporation. After leading a process of Digital Transformation, the BIU provides advice on forms of engagement –including events, marketing, account management, and senior stakeholder meetings. As part of the Innovation and Growth Department our engagement programme primarily focuses on central and local government, businesses (in particular in the financial and professional services sector) and related financial and professional services stakeholders.
