I\'m a seasoned accounting and finance professional with over 15 years of experience in Financial Services, specializing in the alternative investment and banking and capital markets industries. I currently lead Accounting Policy at the Inter-American Development Bank. Prior to that, I spent 5 years in Ernst & Young’s financial accounting consulting practice, advising banking and capital markets clients and SEC-registered investment advisers on complex accounting, operational, and regulatory matters. I started my career in the audit practice, where I spent 10 years auditing hedge funds and private equity firms.Outside of my professional achievements, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, foreign cuisines, sailing, and sharing travel and culinary recommendations about my home country, Peru.
