Ensure system security, availability, continuous, day-to-day operational excellence and problem resolution across all information and telecommunication systems, meet performance benchmarks. Interface with affiliate technology departments. Implement best practices with affiliates. Participate as appropriate to support e-initiatives including online efforts, clinical information systems standardization, electronic health records implementation, development of shared services including software support. Promote an organizational culture that embraces diversity as a core value guiding strategic planning. Solve critical, complex challenges in fast-paced, resource-limited environment involving highly-varied situations with in-depth knowledge of technological operations. Comfort with ambiguity, clarity of communications, conceptual thinking, foresight and organization-wide stakeholder impact analysis.
