He is always innovating by updating his expertise to changes and new technologies hence, to be able to adapt to a rapid pace environment where risks must be seen proactively, and project profitability is found mainly throughout challenges that are converted into opportunities. • Commercial negotiations: contract T&C, communications, scope, variations request, change orders, claims;• Contract Execution: supervised and followed up on of project in regards to administration issues, scope and technical specifications changes up to completion and final payment;• Follow-up of schedules and resources plans, project critical path optimization;• Take the lead in advising, highlighting and evaluating project risks;• Maintain proper filing system and Documentation: Logs, monthly reports, communications, records, supports to the project, renewals to ensure the project abides by the execution;• Ensure on-time correspondence, notifications, variations request and claims to protect the company against contract rights;• Project interface: review/prepare incoming & outgoing correspondence;• Advise project team on any contract issue/interpretation to protect company’s rights;• Coordination with trade subcontractors;• Review and update subcontracts: T&C, back to back and Flow down terms; • Revision and approval of Invoicing, additions, price adjustments, scope changes and claims from providers and subcontractors;• Get used to traveling for periodic visits and supervision of construction sites;• Reported on monthly project activity to upper-management.
