Develop and continuously improve the capabilities of the company for the data analysis of business information through the use of business intelligence strategies and technologies. • Support the business analytics process, data mining, data visualization and data tools to help the company make better, faster data-driven decisions. • Collaborate with IT and other departments to collect and manage data from internal systems and external sources. • Lead the business intelligence team to prepare and analyze data, run queries against the data and create data visualizations, BI dashboards and reports to make the analytics results available to business users for operational decision-making and strategic planning. • Explain complex data, and related business insights and predictions to staff at all levels. • Develop strong rapport with CFO through quality work and value-added support. • Work independently or with little direction on multiple projects and change management initiatives simultaneously, and meet established deadlines. • Communicate well verbally and in writing in order to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and management and external stakeholders. • Work closely with field operations and cross functional teams within a strong customer service environment. • Cross-train and back up other areas of department. • Other duties as assigned.
