With 2 decades of total experience in the construction industry, the last decade was dedicated on Project Engineering Management, overseeing the design and construction of biopharma projects that includes cell therapy, mammalian technology, fill & finish, clean, dirty utilities, electrical distribution infrastructure, closed process skids, clean rooms and QC Labs, Leed facilities and government. Extensive and relevant knowledge with USA and EU regulatory entities such as: FDA, UL, ASME BPE, NEC, ISO Class and respective GMP and Annex 1 guidelines. Some of my responsibilities included: Customer owner, owner liason, SME for parts washing and Autoclaving, CIP design and engineering, overseeing EPDCM firms, vendors, trades and procurement.In addition, I\'ve also worked with a variety of pharmaceutical equipment, such as: processing equipment for buffer and media making, chromatography columns; fluid bed dryers, accelacotas, coaters, RAB\'s, filing machines, Ambient WFI skids with added PAT, HWFI, clean AHU\'s and PAT instruments in general. Remarkable record of on-time project elaboration, cost efficiency, quality assurance. Supported \"Turn over\" of systems through mechanical completion IQ, OQ, PQ. Supported system validation and qualification. Have executed many FAT\'s across US and Europe, performed numerous SAT\'s and executed commissioning protocols safely. Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving, proficient oral and written skills in both language, Spanish and English. OHSA 30hrs and 10hrs, PMP 50hrs course among other trainings.
