I have 28 years of hardware and software testing and Project delivery experience; 22 of those working as Project Manager or Test Manager. I was responsible for full project hardware and software development lifecycle (SDLC); Managed Testing and Delivery in projects ranging from £50k to £5bln. Programmes and projects rolled out to 4 continents, reaching over 30 countries.Specialised in Quality Assurance (QA) Systems and Testing including Functional (ST, SIT, UAT, BAT, PVT); Non-Functional Testing (Performance, Operational, Cybersecurity testing and Data migration (ETL). Test strategy, approach and Test plans creation and implementation, team management, reported to Project Stakeholders, Exec and Management Boards.Defect Management and Program Release control; in depth knowledge of configuration management, progress reporting and documentation, using: V-Model, PRINCE2, Waterfall and Agile. Managed multiple Development and Business test teams; merged and coordinated different Test streams. Efficiently managed Third Party Suppliers onshore, nearshore and offshore. With experience in Banking, Insurance, Cybersecurity, ATMs & POS systems, Queuing systems, Telecoms, Retail, Public sector, Sales, Procurement, Automotive and Rail industries, and projects.
