These services are IT Availability Management, Industrial Control Services, Critical Infrastructure Operations, and Enterprise Data Center Management. IT Availability Management - Responsible for leading and managing a team who provides IT Monitoring Solutions for IT Infrastructure and applications, including an IT Operations Bridge and Event Management for applications, databases, job/batch, middleware, network, server, storage, etc. This includes application and system availability services, knowledge management documents, as well evaluation of monitoring and event tools. Industrial Control Services and Critical Infrastructure Operations - Responsible for leading and managing a team providing system administration for IT Critical Infrastructure (Active Directory, load balancers, authentication, firewalls, proxy systems, packet filters, VPN, SSL, Directory Services, etc.). This includes the management of all security devices to secure the connectivity between factory automation tools and the general purpose network. Boeing Enterprise Data Center Management - Responsible for managing all Boeing data centers across the United States and international smaller data centers. Responsibilities include providing 24x7 100% data center up time and availability for the electrical and mechanical systems, power distribution to all IT systems, and tools to monitor and maintain the data centers. Responsible for managing a $140 million dollar annual budget – Boeing IT Central Services – Enterprise Data Centers. Additional responsibilities include Boeing IT Safety Lead supporting the Go 4 Zero program to implement a safety strategy for Boeing IT that includes communication and education, recognition, safety activities, tracking and governance.
