Participating on the Core Team of a transformation project to align processes, systems and controls of a diverse venture environment. The project involves Superior entities in the USA and internationally, as long as a diversified portfolio of activities from services through sales of products, manufacturing, long term construction projects, long term NOC services contracts, high volume sales, etc. The implementation of a unique ERP system, development of policies and procedures, centralization of activities under a strong internal controls environment and comprehensive standard reporting across business units are some initiatives of the project. Responsible for all finance related activities of Superior Brazil. Implementation of ERP system, remapping of tax planning and local legal entities structure, automation of processes with representative cost reduction, advice and training of operation in finance. Business partner to the operational team. Support for other countries that demonstrated interest to replicate the finance model developed in Brazil.
