Before joining Major, Lindsey & Africa, Ricardo worked at a document review, staffing and E-discovery company for six years, responsible for project management, operations, recruiting and marketing support. He started his career at an AmLaw 200 firm as a legal assistant for the public finance department at Chapman & Cutler, upon graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago where he dual majored in Psychology and Spanish Literature.
