Ricardo has over 15 years of experience in the transportation industry with experience managing and successfully leading state and federal roadway projects towards achieving project closeout. He started his transportation career with GDOT in construction of maintenance as a CDL driver and heavy equipment operator. During this time with GDOT, Ricardo desire to expand his experience and education in the transportation industry allowed him to hold positions in the Department of Transportation office of Right-of-Way and Program Delivery. Ricardo has transitioned his State worker experience to consultancy. In his final role as a Senior IT Project Manager, Ricardo fostered an environment of effective leadership, self-motivated, driven with grit to successfully lead multiple project teams to project execution, control, and closure.
