Ricardo founded TOS Advisors in 2012, a tech-enabled services company that specializes in streamlining and optimizing family office operations through top-tier technology. Recognizing that a single solution cannot meet all family office needs, TOS adopts a \"best of breed\" approach, integrating and managing a selection of tools customized for each client.TOS expertise includes data aggregation, project management, consolidated reporting, and workflow automation, allowing single-family offices to operate with enhanced efficiency and clarity.TOS began as a single-family office. As the head of the family office, Ricardo was responsible for creating complex investment policy statements and defining investment parameters and benchmarks for managing the family\'s wealth. He oversaw the establishment of multijurisdictional estate planning vehicles and implemented comprehensive tax and estate plans in coordination with over 50 cross-border tax, financial, and legal experts. Before founding TOS Advisors, Ricardo spent three years at Morgan Stanley and nine years at UBS International, where he helped lead the training and development of UBS International advisors and bankers in Mexico, Switzerland, and the U.S. Before his time at UBS, he worked for seven years at Citibank in the U.S. and spent three years as an expatriate in Mexico City. He began his career at Drexel Burnham in 1988. Additionally, Ricardo serves as a Chairman\'s board member for Crime Stoppers of Houston.
