About Ricardo J. Leal
Growing up across Mexico, Canada and the U.S. has been an incredible experience. I earned B.A. degrees in Economics and International Relations from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Shortly after graduating I joined J.P. Morgan Securities. Following a successful tenure at J.P. Morgan, I took on the role of senior associate at H.I.G. Capital, where I work on corporate development initiatives for our private equity funds. In an effort to channel my passion for sports and wellness, I co-founded Swing Padel Club with two of my closest friends.
