Ricardo Hernandez is a multi disciplinary real estate expert with more than 30 years in the real estate industry. In his last years with Mercantil, Mr. Hernandez was responsible of the Bank’s OREO properties and Note portfolio disposition, selling over $200 million dollar worth of assets.Mr. Hernandez holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University; a Master’s Degree in Project Management, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture. Mr. Hernandez professional education also includes advance courses from MIT Center for Real Estate and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
