ABOUT RICARDO GOMEZ
Ricardo joined Regeneris in 2006 and has 18 years experience spanning economic development, academia and local government. He has direct and managed a substantial number of consultancy projects for private and public sector clients the areas of housing, commercial development, universities, ERDF, enterprise and innovation. Ricardo for major private sector developers and planners across the UK. He has a strong track record in the economic impact assessment of new housing development, and in assessing housing and commercial development needs. He also provides expert witness services to clients for Section 78 public enquiries. Alongside his work in the planning system, he has led many assignments including local and regional economic strategies, evaluations of ERDF and other public sector funded programmes and projects, estates work for universities and appraisals. He is also a co-lead for our work in the tourism and cultural sectors. Ricardo is available as a panellist to speak about the economics of housing for the planning system and local economic development.
