ABOUT RICARDO FALCÓN

Currently focusing on renewable energy project development and M&A and the deployment of pilot energy transition projects covering technologies in the early stages of development. Before Mayer Brown, Ricardo was a corporate associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed in their Miami office. Before his law firm career, Ricardo served as in-house counsel for one of the biggest steel industry conglomerates in Latin America. In this capacity, he served in Venezuela and Colombia and had responsibility for long-term agreements for the procurement of raw materials and services, and negotiated the supply of oil well goods and services and related joint ventures for the provision of turn-key solutions for the energy industry in Central America, South America and the Caribbean.
