In this capacity, he served in Venezuela and Colombia and had responsibility for long-term agreements for the procurement of raw materials and services, and negotiated the supply of oil well goods and services and related joint ventures for the provision of turn-key solutions for the energy industry in Central America, South America and the Caribbean.
