With a solid educational background, including an MBA in Administration and Finance from Mount Mercy University and a Bachelor of Management with a minor in Accounting, my journey in the U.S. has been marked by a commitment to excellence and service.Currently serving as a Staff Accountant at Frontier Coop, I have honed my expertise in general ledger accounting, month-end closing processes, and financial analysis. My role involves preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. I take pride in streamlining processes and training new team members to uphold our high standards of financial accuracy.My leadership extends beyond the corporate world into impactful non-profit work. I am the founder of Volition and Action for Haiti, a 501(c)(3) non-profit supporting 250 children and families, focusing on spiritual growth, educational experiences, and sustainable development. Additionally, as the chairman of Big Tree Missions, I am dedicated to creating jobs and expanding God\'s kingdom in Haiti.Fluent in English, French, Haitian Creole, and conversational in Spanish, I leverage my multilingual skills to connect with diverse communities.
