I am a Master’s student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Texas A&M University, building on a strong academic foundation from the University of Florida, where I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Minor in Innovation and graduated cum laude. My academic journey has deepened my passion for applying psychological science to the workplace to improve both organizational effectiveness and employee well-being.Professionally, I’ve gained hands-on experience in HR and organizational development through roles at the University of Florida, the U.S. Senate, and the Cleveland Clinic. I’ve contributed to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training initiatives — all while utilizing tools like R, SPSS, Excel, and Qualtrics to drive data-informed decisions. My skills span people analytics, job analysis, survey design, employee engagement, and leadership development. I bring a strong foundation in statistical analysis, including ANOVA and research design, and I am fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
