ABOUT RICARDO DEMONTREUIL

As a driven and strategic creative leader, I’ve been promoted through a series of increasingly responsible positions with both NBC Universal’s MUN2 and MTV Networks Latin America. As a result, I’ve gained in-depth insight into today’s evolving media marketplace. Also with a unique combination of creative executive management and directing experience, both in large media companies and my own start-up, I’ve earned a proven track record by developing, executing, and maximizing opportunities. Additionally, as a skilled team builder I’ve been able to assemble diverse people, practices, and processes to achieve strong outcomes, while successfully managing teams, budgets, and stakeholders. As a strong catalyst, motivator, and mentor, I am able to get the most out of every person, with a management style that can best be described as easy going, yet effective. I am also renowned for working with some of the world’s most exciting creative talents. In summary, I have repeated success in building and sustaining a culture of creativity and collaboration to produce outstanding work. With my ability to get people excited about projects, I bring a great deal of enthusiasm and passion to my projects.
