Ricardo Colmenter is an international lawyer and strategist with over two decades of experience structuring high-value energy, technology, and infrastructure transactions across the Americas, Europe, and emerging markets. As CEO of Entra Consulting and former General Counsel for the Western Hemisphere of Weatherford International, he combines deep legal insight with a commercial mindset, leading multidisciplinary teams in the negotiation and execution of complex cross-border projects. His career includes key roles at Halliburton and as Legal Director of the Venezuelan Patent and Trademark Office, where he developed a unique perspective on the intersection of intellectual property, regulatory frameworks, and energy policy.
