Fulfilling engagement staffing requests via the Salesforce Resource Requests and coordinating with the Delivery manager and the Delivery engineers. •Understand the skill disciplines as well as know the strengths and skills of the Engineers •Making sound staffing decisions and helping to facilitate resolving conflicts within the practice that have a significant impact on utilization and on internal and external customer satisfaction. •Ensure customer satisfaction with the staffing of their engagements and will achieve and exceed utilization and bench targets across the Area/Subsidiary, as well as fulfill all demands for Customer Engineers within defined service levels. •Work with the Business Stakeholders in assessing individual consultant skills and assist with developing consultant readiness plans in order to increase the consultant skills per the demands of the business. •Responsible for maintaining the data integrity of our request management system SFDC. •Direct and monitor work efforts daily, identify resource needs, perform quality reviews; and escalate functional, quality, and timeline. • Follow Thales PS Team project management methodology and ensure that projects adhere to the defined methodology. •Communicate project/program status, schedule, budget, progress to date, risks •Report on a weekly basis, delivery revenue for each project/program in your portfolio. • recognition of this revenue will be achieved by your timely submission and acceptance of timesheets or Milestone Completion Forms to our customers •Engage with Sales and Account teams to identify/drive account growth opportunities when identified during the process as Change requests. •Highlight areas of improvement and recommend changes in methods, processes, and tools to management. •Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process •Monitor and manage operational and customer satisfaction metrics/surveys •Help Elaborate Dashboards and reports using MS Power BI and SFDC/PSA.
