I’m a people-first strategist, creative technologist, and builder of learning ecosystems that scale. Grounded in andragogy, my career began in frontline operations and has grown through global leadership in instructional design and performance enablement.Today I serve as Associate Director of Talent Enablement & Experience, Learning and Performance at Atwell, where I lead the enterprise buildout of internal learning architecture, performance systems, and leadership development strategy. I’m responsible for aligning talent solutions with operational priorities across Atwell’s core markets, including Real Estate and Land Development, Power and Energy, and Oil and Gas.Before joining Atwell, I spent over five years at Meta where I advanced from Learning Experience Designer to Learning Solutions Program Manager. I led global learning programs that supported content moderation, policy enforcement, and platform integrity, reaching more than learners.
