As HR Systems IT Integration Manager at SLB, I lead the strategic integration of HR systems following the recent acquisition of ChampionX. This includes aligning platforms and migrating employees into a unified HR IT landscape that supports the entire organization. Concurrently, SLB’s HR function is undergoing a major transformation to modernize its IT foundation—encompassing data architecture, business processes, and technology platforms.I oversee the global HR IT ecosystem, which includes a suite of interconnected employee lifecycle applications centered around SAP SuccessFactors and integrated with our on-premise SAP HCM. My role involves coordinating global resources, sustaining and enhancing existing solutions, and deploying new capabilities in alignment with our corporate ERP strategy.With nearly 20 years of experience in the energy sector—including a decade in oilfield operations across deepwater and remote environments, and another decade in IT and HR—I bring a strong background on how with SAP SuccessFactors we can transform the corporate enterprise to really address unique business needs associated to HR Functions serving Energy industry on a multinational organization. I’m passionate about leveraging technology to optimize processes and elevate efficiency prioritizing user experience.
