I am deeply passionate about advocating for people, fostering positive change, and supporting diversity.In my role as a Consultant within EY\'s People Consulting specializing in Change & Communication, I hold the conviction that people are at the core of everything, which resonates with EY\'s foundational values.My time as a Consultant in the Renewable Energy Sector, focusing on permanent placements, deepened my bond with both candidates and clients. The drive to pair them perfectly stems from my own understanding of the crucial role the right team members play in achieving success at work.A decade spent in the hospitality industry, enriched by a background in hotel management and positions in luxury hotels around the globe, has provided me with deep insights into human relations. The service sector has taught me to identify what is truly important to clients and how to provide an unmatched guest experience.As a Reservations Manager, I refined my abilities in team management and development, recruitment, and in nurturing the growth of my team members. I have skillfully addressed the challenges of aligning the administrative and operational facets of a five-star hotel, ensuring seamless synergy and nurturing talent throughout various departments.In summary, I believe that regardless of the industry or location, whether it be engineers, assistants, managers, housekeeping staff, or front office personnel, people are a company\'s most valuable asset.
